Two unclaimed lotto tickets that won R25 million will expire soon

It would seem the stars were favoring Sebokeng, around the June/July months of 2017 but there are other forces acting against the areas lucky stars. Two PowerBall Plus tickets bought at the same point, the Ifalethu Trading Store in Moshoeshoe Road, Sebokeng, won over R25 million jackpots but they have been unclaimed and they are about to expire.

The first ticket, worth over R21.7 million was bought on Friday 30 June 2017 for R45 at 19:33 pm. The ticket will expire on 30 June 2018.

The second ticket, worth over R3.4 million was bought on 21 July 2017 for R22.50 at 16:47 pm. The ticket will expire on 21 July 2018.

The South African National Lottery has announced that if the winners don’t come forward before the expiry dates the winning amounts will be transferred to the National Lotteries Distribution Trust Fund (NLDTF) for the benefit of good causes.
